Accessibility Statement.

How the Accron Services website approaches accessibility, where it falls short, and how to tell us about problems.

Last updated: 3 June 2026

1. Our commitment

Accron Services Ltd wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at AA level as our target standard.

2. How the site is built with accessibility in mind

  • Pages use clear, semantic HTML headings and landmarks.
  • A "skip to main content" link appears at the top of every page when navigating with a keyboard.
  • The primary navigation can be operated by mouse, touch and keyboard, and the mobile menu uses standard ARIA attributes.
  • Text colours are chosen for good contrast against the page background.
  • Layout, type and images scale with browser zoom and reflow at narrow widths.
  • Typefaces are self-hosted, so the site does not depend on a third-party font service.
  • The enquiry form uses visible labels tied to each field, marks optional fields, and can be completed with a keyboard or screen reader.
  • The cookie banner can be operated by keyboard, and no analytics cookies are set unless you accept.

3. Known limitations

We are aware of the following limitations and intend to address them:

  • Some decorative type sizes are set in viewport units, which means very large zoom levels may cause overlap on certain layouts.

If you encounter anything else that makes the site difficult to use, please tell us — see contact details below.

4. Reporting accessibility problems

If you find an accessibility problem, please email enquiry@accronservices.co.uk with:

  • The page or section where you ran into the problem (a URL helps)
  • A short description of what went wrong
  • The device, browser and assistive technology you were using, if you can share that

We will reply as soon as we can.

5. Enforcement

If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) for further help.

6. Preparation of this statement

This statement was first prepared on 26 May 2026 and last reviewed on 3 June 2026, based on a manual review of the website's structure, keyboard accessibility, and content. It will be reviewed at least once a year and after any significant change to the site.
